For property funds / owners
Monthly cost
Unless you are a small property fund (less than 10 vacant units), Gmaven will cost you R1.5K per user, per month.
We don’t believe in hidden costs. So this number includes hosting, normal storage, support, maintenance and ongoing development.
For example, you have 5 users. You will pay R7.5K per month (being 5 x R1.5K)
Once off setup cost (to system implementation, configure, instate rules and permissions)
- Per-user cost:
- Your time: Included in the 10 minutes below
- User once off set up cost: R500 / user (including training)
- New customer or account cost:
- Your time: About 10 minutes (we move your data in for you, and we have built our system to be intuitive – so you don’t need training)
- Business once off cost: Moving your data in, setting up your cloud database, defining your permissions, custom quick zones, setting up your website integration – from R3K to R25K (depending on your data volumes)
What this excludes:
- Setting up APIs
- Extra modules or tools (available on a pay-for-what-you use basis)
- Extra data modules (for example vacancies market intel dashboards)
- Once-off requests for system or user updates that require our engineers to do work (For example: data projects, once-off batch updates of certain fields, changes to non-standard user settings / team configurations, customised development (e.g. brochures or vacancy schedules), accelerated features development.)
For brokerages
Monthly cost
R1.5K per user, per month. This includes 250 free public domain vacancies fed into your system, and kept up to date, as part of the Gmaven vacancies feed.
For example, you have 5 users, and your total number of required vacancies is 1,000 (i.e. below the 1,250 limit). You will pay R7.5K per month (being 5 x R1.5K).

- User once-off setup cost: R500 / user (including training)
- New customer or account cost:
- Your time: About 10 minutes (we move your data in for you, and we have built our system to be intuitive – so you don’t need training)
- Your cost: Moving your data in, setting up your cloud database, defining your permissions, custom quick zones, setting up your website integration – from R3K to R25K (depending on your data volumes)
- For example – you are a new customer with 3 users. You will pay, say R5K setup for your account, plus R1,500 (being 3 x R500 per user)
This excludes:
- The costs of third party websites or platforms (we work with specialists who build Africa’s best CRE websites, we don’t do this)
- Any extra modules or tools (available on a pay-for-what-you-use basis)
- Once-off requests for system or user updates that require our engineers to do work (For example: data projects, changes to non-standard user settings / team configurations, customised development (e.g. brochures), accelerated features development.)
