Add properties in under 25 seconds
Your time is important. No one else does this CRE listings process faster than Gmaven, at this level of quality.
This post and video explains how you can efficiently add properties fast – growing your data assets, at (importantly) low risk of data quality issues.
How the wizard helps:
- Steers you to only enter vital information (property name, category, location, a business linked to that property)
- On entering a suburb, the city/town and province geography fields are auto-populated
- Checks (against property name and address info) to see if your property is already in the system, and saves you from creating a duplicate / entering it twice
Hidden data quality measures
Gmaven’s anti-duplication measures prevent you from creating data work debt. If that property has 1) already been added to your system, or 2) it exists in the master database of properties, you either get 1) warnings or 2) guidance, respectively. Where a property is linked to the master database of properties, it will display with a green-tick.
Tips
- If you do not know the property’s operational owner, legal owner, or property manager – then you can create a business called unknown, and use that until you have the correct information
- Please avoid making a human / contact as an owner of a commercial property
