How to mark properties and units for sale

Why this post?

You want to do any one of the following

  • Mark properties for sale – so you can market them on your website or other marketing material
  • Flag the property so it will come up when you filter for
    • Property for sale
    • Units for sale (these are units in the process of being converted to sectional title / strata / condominium / commonhold ownership)

… and you want to do this quickly, and easily.

Marking a unit for sale

(Remember, you only mark a unit for sale if it relates to a property being sub-divided into sectional title, strata / condominium / commonhold ownership)

Two ways:

A. While creating the unit
